NCIA’s Vocational Training Center (VTC)
NCIA’s Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center (VTC) provides 15 weeks of vocational training for veterans, returning citizens, and those 18 years or older on food stamps. Students receive industry-recognized certifications in the vocation of their choice. VTC alumni have built careers in automotive, transportation, construction and HVAC.
